Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. ONCE ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, IN COMBINATION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE (COLLECTIVELY THE “TERMS”), BECOME A BINDING LEGAL COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT) AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL DOJO AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “MPD,” “WE” OR “US”) AND WILL GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ALL OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH MPD RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, OR USE THE PLATFORM. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL PREVAIL.

MedProDojo reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.

You should consult a lawyer for legal advice to ensure your use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable law.

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between MedProDojo ("Company") and the purchaser ("Client"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the services provided by the Company.

2. Scope of Services

MedProDojo offers:

Online Courses: Access to training materials and courses in business management, marketing, sales, staff training, and niche services.\

Coaching: Personalized guidance for developing business strategies and leadership skills.

Onsite Training: Hands-on training in sales, organization, communication, and more.

Weekly Webinars: Regular training sessions on various topics, recorded for flexibility.

Strategic Business Planning: Personalized plans to improve practice organization and communication.

Niche Services: Tailored training programs for specific medical services.

Live Sessions: Regular webinars and training sessions, with recordings available.

Support: Access to community forums, personalized coaching, and support via designated communication channels.

Supplemental Resources: Access to templates and other educational resources.

3. Payment Terms

Fees: All fees for services must be paid as specified at the time of purchase.

Payment Schedule: If payment plans are offered, payments will be taken out as specified. Failed payments will result in revoked access until the payment is resolved.

Refunds: Refund policy as stated in section 11.

4. Client Responsibilities

Access: Ensure reliable internet access for online services.

Participation: Actively participate in all scheduled sessions and complete any assigned tasks.

5. Company Responsibilities

Content Delivery: Provide access to purchased courses and materials promptly.

Support: Offer support through designated channels for any technical issues or content-related queries.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by MedProDojo remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client is granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for a specified term.

8. License

Non-Transferable: Clients cannot share course login details with others.

Term of Access: Access to course material is provided for MPD’s company lifetime.

9. Disclaimers

MedProDojo does not provide healthcare treatment, medical diagnosis, or legal advice. Clients must consult professionals for such matters.

10. Guarantees

MedProDojo does not guarantee specific results. Testimonials are examples and not promises of specific outcomes.

11. Refund Policy

All sales of MedProDojo online courses, coaching services, and training materials are final. By completing a purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, and any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any fees paid are non-refundable upon termination by the Client.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

Acceptance

By purchasing any services from MedProDojo, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
