As a seasoned operations and performance specialist, I’ve seen practices spin their wheels, burn out teams, and lose money—all because they’re chasing results without auditing the process.

Let’s break this down like a pro.

When you’re laser-focused on results (as you should be), but nothing’s changing... you’re likely skipping two critical precursors:


1. Know-How: Do They Actually Know What They're Doing?

You’d be shocked how often this is missed.

Just because someone is present doesn’t mean they’re prepared.

Before you demand performance, ask yourself:

  • Were they fully trained from start to finish?

  • Do they understand the why behind their actions?

  • Can they articulate what actually leads to the result you want?
