Let’s get straight to the point.
If you're not getting the results you expected—whether it’s in your clinic’s patient visits, staff performance, or bottom-line numbers—there are only two reasons why:

👉 They’re not taking personal responsibility.

PRO TIP: Create a Competency Checklist during onboarding. Don’t assume knowledge—verify it.
Here’s the second punch in the gut:
You can hand someone a Ferrari, but if they won’t drive it, it’s just a parked dream.
If you hear things like:
“Oh, I thought they were handling that…”
“Nobody told me I was supposed to do that…”
You’re dealing with a responsibility gap, not a skills gap.
Ownership is everything.
People must be empowered and expected to take full responsibility for their outcomes. Otherwise, you’ll forever be managing a team of task-doers, not result-getters.

Revisit training regularly.

And without know-how and responsibility, even the best system will fail.
